Marrow & Ledger sells digital products (downloadable PDFs and similar files). Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
Our satisfaction guarantee. We stand behind our work. If a product includes a satisfaction guarantee (stated on its product page — for example, a 30-day guarantee), and it hasn’t helped you, email us at info@marrowledger.com within the stated period and we’ll refund your purchase. No forms, no hard feelings.
How to request a refund. Email info@marrowledger.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by Stripe/PayPal and your bank).
Consumer rights. Where local law grants you statutory rights (for example, certain rights for consumers in the EU/UK), those rights still apply. Note that, where permitted, by downloading a digital product immediately you may waive a statutory “cooling-off” withdrawal right for that item.
